• Customers can return purchases within 3 days from the date of purchase, or exchange them within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Provided that the returned or exchanged goods are in their original and new condition when purchased, unused, with their outer packaging in its original and new condition and with the original invoice. The return and exchange includes all items except for (personal care, used product, installed product, computer software, printer ink and paper, smart cards and vouchers, mobile phones and accessories, tablets and their accessories, laptops and their accessories) unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item.


  • Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - the product being exposed to water if it is not water-resistant - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s features.


  • The customer will contact the agent for details on maintenance and repair methods.

  • Unfortunately, dear customer, without the original invoice, we apologize for the exchange or return in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. The device will be repaired if you wish for a fee and under the customer’s responsibility. The fees will be collected from him and you will be informed of this by the maintenance center.

  • If the product is returned for other reasons (i.e. the customer needs to exchange the product or changed their mind), the customer will be required to pay the shipping or bank transfer fees.

  • Purchases made with vouchers, credit cards, or installment payments cannot be returned for cash.

By returning the product in its new and original condition and without violating the above, the bank transfer fee will be imposed on the customer.

· Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made.



Maintenance and repair:


  • Product maintenance and quality assurance are provided by the warranty company, which is the manufacturer or its agent in the Kingdom. The warranty is subject to the manufacturer's policies, which are outlined in the product's warranty manual or the manufacturer's website. To obtain maintenance and repair services, the customer can contact the maintenance and repair service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the rules and regulations of the product.   • Sony X is not responsible for maintenance and repair services provided by the warranty service provider. This includes spare parts availability, repair time, and quality of service, as well as repair costs, compensation, and any claims. Customers can contact the warranty service provider directly in the event of any complaints or claims.



  • Misuse of the product, failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device, breakage, impacts, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or high temperatures, may void the product’s warranty. Therefore, please read the instructions carefully before use.


  • In the event of operating system or software malfunctions, whether resulting from applications installed by the customer, applications pre-installed on the device, deletion of operating system files or partitions of the hard disk, or malfunctions resulting from viruses, the customer will consult the agent to obtain details on maintenance and repair methods.
