Supply of goods:
The supply of Goods by Fahad Nasser Al Qahtani Trading Est. ("Seller") is subject to and conditioned upon acceptance by the Seller of the following terms and conditions, which apply regardless of any purported waiver, express or implied, by or on behalf of the Seller. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any terms proposed by the purchaser of the Goods ("Buyer"), these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
Any condition which the Buyer wishes to apply to any supply of Goods must be agreed in writing by the Seller.
1. Risks:
The risks in connection with the goods supplied pass to the buyer upon their delivery into the possession of the buyer or to the carrier or place of delivery designated by the buyer, and the seller shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage occurring thereafter unless the risk arises from a defect in manufacturing, in which case the manufacturer shall be liable for such damages.
2. Damage or loss of goods during shipping:
All ink and printer cartridges are inspected upon delivery to the shipping company. The seller will not accept liability for damage to the goods during shipping if the customer receives them. Buyers should not accept damaged or defective goods during shipping or sign any receipts until they are visibly satisfied that the package is intact and unopened or undamaged. If the goods are lost to the shipping company, a new package will be sent to the customer.
3. Transfer of ownership:
Notwithstanding Condition 1, title to and equitable ownership of the supplied goods shall remain with the Seller until the Seller has received full payment of all monies due in respect of the supplied goods.
4. Prices:
All prices quoted by the Seller are subject to change without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Seller or expressly stated in a tender form issued by the Buyer.
5. Value Added Tax:
All product prices displayed in the store include value-added tax, which will be charged on invoices at the applicable rate.
6. Warranty:
Sony X guarantees that the various brands are original products and not counterfeit. Therefore, you should refer to the agents of these brands in the event of any problems or malfunctions. The role of our customer service or salesperson is only advisory or guidance in these cases.
7. Product appearance:
The product image displayed may vary due to ongoing changes in the external design, country of manufacture, or year of production. This does not affect the operating performance at all. Therefore, the seller bears no legal responsibility due to differences in the external packaging of the displayed product.
8. Shipping and preparation:
- We aim to ship your shipment within 24 hours, and to receive it within 3 days at most. Don't worry, we're working hard to make it happen.
- Order processing takes from 1 to 7 business days (weekends and holidays not included).
- Order shipping time varies depending on the policies of the selected shipping companies and the customer's city. The shipping company's delivery time to the customer ranges from 1 day to a maximum of 14 days.
(Please note that after the shipment is delivered to the shipping companies, the store does not bear any responsibility for any loss, damages or expenses arising from the delay in delivering shipments by the shipping companies for any reason. The shipping company bears full responsibility for this matter and it alone decides the reasons for not delivering it to the customer on time)
- Please do not accept the shipment if it is damaged, has water or oil stains, or is open. Your receipt of the shipment indicates that it was in good and original condition.
- If you encounter any problems with shipping companies, please contact customer service, who will provide you with correct and appropriate guidance and assistance with any problems you may encounter.
- Only products weighing more than 30 kg or with large dimensions will the shipping cost be calculated before shipping the order after contacting and agreeing with the customer.
- Delivery times for large products may range from 4 to 25 days.
- Products eligible for free shipping are air conditioners and large home appliances valued at more than 1,000 riyals within Riyadh only.
If the customer chooses the free shipping service for products that do not meet these conditions together, the order will be sent to the customer, and he is obligated to pay the shipping cost determined by the shipping company upon receipt, without referring to the customer and without any responsibility on the part of the store.
- Shipments of large household appliances outside Riyadh are subject to the shipping companies' own policies, and we are not responsible for these companies' policies.
- Dear Customer: Please note that most shipping companies for large home appliances do not deliver to your home. You must pick up your order from the shipping company's headquarters.
9. Shipping fees:
- Order shipping fees are determined automatically based on the selected shipping company and the actual weight and volume of the products. They typically start at 28 for the first 5 kilograms and increase depending on the order's weight, size, quantity, and recipient city. The same original fees also apply to returned orders.
- We do not set shipping fees, and shipping companies alone decide the cost of the shipment.
- If you encounter any issues with shipping pricing, please contact customer service for appropriate support.
- Large devices outside Riyadh are not shipped by the Anywhere shipping company. Customers will be contacted by Sony X customer service after placing the order to agree on the appropriate shipping company and determine the shipping cost. If customers choose Anywhere Shipping to ship large devices, they are responsible for paying the difference to complete the shipping process.
10. Payment:
Payments are made by card via payment gateway, bank transfers, installment companies, or cash on delivery, as available, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the store and the buyer. The goods are delivered for shipment to the customer after ensuring that the customer has paid the full amount. Therefore, the store has the right to wait to ship the order until it is confirmed that the amount has been transferred and that there is no problem or fraud in the payment.

11. Return and exchange:
In the event that the customer requests to replace the order for any reason during the permitted period for replacement or return, the product must be delivered as is to the shipping representative until the new order is sent. This also applies in the event of a return for any reason. The order is first delivered to the shipping representative before the amount is returned to the customer for inspection and to ensure its suitability for the store to return the value of the product after deducting the shipping value in the event of replacement or return without there being an error on the part of the seller or damage to the product.
12. Year:
In general, any transactions the Seller may enter into, including any contracts for the supply of goods that may be subsequently entered into, with other parties, including Buyers, must be concluded in accordance with Conditions 1 to 9 above. In addition, the Seller will ensure that any condition the Buyer may seek to impose on any subsequent contract between the Buyer and Seller does not conflict with any of the prior terms under which the Seller is operating. Should such conflicts be discovered after the commencement of the Contract, the Seller reserves the right to terminate any such agreement without further notice, in which event the Seller will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising therefrom.
